XLE 3yr 50% Tap and Bounce( and Squeeze coming ?)

More odd behavior- How can it be that a FIBZ draw from 3yr Low to 3 yr High exhibits a Perfect Tap off the 50% Retracement ( To the Tick)  and a solid move higher(10 points actually)
